Surprise Engagement Photoshoot in Victoria Park, Elora -Ontario | Capturing Unforgettable Moments.
You remember Maddie and Joe, right? For those of you who follow me on social media, I’m sure you do! I’ve had the privilege of photographing them several times, and they’ve even been my models for one of the bridal workshops I created for photographers. If you’ve spent any time browsing my social media or website, you’ve probably seen their faces multiple times!
Well, I’m beyond excited to share that Maddie and Joe got engaged! And here’s the twist—Joe secretly planned the entire engagement shoot and asked me to capture the moment, but Maddie had no idea! I have to say, keeping that secret was a challenge, but the surprise was absolutely worth it!
It was another cold day in Ontario (typical Canadian weather, right? ) when I arrived at Victoria Park in Elora to prepare for the shoot. As I waited for them, I was bundled up in a face mask, long puffy coat, and as inconspicuous as possible—after all, Maddie had to be surprised! No one could see my face, and everything was set for the big moment.
As I started photographing them, it was clear Maddie had no idea what was coming. The excitement in the air was contagious! The rest, as they say, is history. And even though I had a little slip and fall (yikes! 😅), everything went perfectly. Maddie said yes, just like I knew she would!
